Ainslee Crum

Ainslee's journey with Pella Windows and Doors began in her childhood, as her family owned a distributorship. Her career commenced at Ernst & Young as an auditor and later transitioned to a five-year role as a controller at Pella Windows and Doors after six years in public accounting. Subsequently, she ventured into an eight-year stint as the CFO and eventually the CEO of an Oklahoma-based company, before rejoining Pella of Oklahoma as its Chief Financial Officer when Andy Crum purchased the branch in March 2017.

Apart from her professional life, Ainslee has been married to Andy for nearly 20 years and they are proud parents to three wonderful children – Caroline, Hudson and Grayson. Whenever she finds spare moments, she enjoys traveling and going on family adventures.
