Jacqueline Pagel

Jacqueline Pagel is the Trade and Architectural Sales Manager at Pella of Southern New England, with a deep-rooted background in the construction industry. Raised in a construction family, Jacqueline gained extensive experience working for her family's construction company before joining Pella. She is an alumnus of CCRI and has been recognized as a Pella President’s Club award winner for three consecutive years (2018, 2019, 2020).

Jacqueline is a prominent figure in the industry, having received the National Association of Women in Construction Community Leader Award in 2023. She currently serves as the President of the RI Builders Professional Women in Building, a Director at the RI Builders Association and a National Delegate for the National Association of Home Builders. Additionally, she is a member of the Building Committee for Habitat for Humanity of South County and a current board member of the governor-appointed RI Contractors Registration and Licensing Board. Jacqueline previously served as the President of NAWIC RI from 2018 to 2020.

Her favorite part of the job is helping others achieve their goals and meeting new people, ensuring that no day is ever the same. Outside of her professional life, Jacqueline enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, boating and gardening.
