Jim Frey

Jim Frey, a Cincinnati native, began his career with Pella Windows & Doors in 1991 and became the owner in 1996. For over 28 years, he has led Pella locations in Cincinnati and Kentucky, bringing expertise in building materials sales, operations and leadership.

Jim’s favorite part of his role is mentoring his team and building strong relationships with employees and customers. His work ethic was shaped early on by lessons learned working for his grandfather’s roofing business during college.

Outside of work, Jim enjoys time at the lake in Michigan with his wife, four children and seven grandchildren. A long-time youth sports coach and competitive euchre player, he values family, community and fostering growth in others.
