Kevin Conchinha

Kevin Conchinha is the Replacement General Manager at Pella of Southern New England, bringing 22 years of industry experience to the role. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management and operations from the University of Massachusetts – Dartmouth. Throughout his career, Kevin has held various positions at Pella, including Replacement Sales Representative for 15 years, Trade New Construction Sales for three years and over four years as a Sales Manager and General Manager. His dedication and performance have earned him numerous accolades, including seven-time Pella President’s Club Winner as a Replacement Sales Consultant and the Replacement Sales Manager President’s Club Winner in 2021.

Kevin's favorite part of the job is interacting and collaborating with team members daily on unified goals. He is passionate about mentoring and watching others grow personally and professionally, making a positive influence in their lives. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. He is a dedicated "Disney Dad," youth soccer coach and director, foodie and Boston sports fanatic.
