Stephen Dickinson

Stephen brings over 35 years of industry experience to his role at Pella, backed by a bachelor's in accounting and business administration from Gordon College. His extensive expertise spans multiple locations and positions within the Pella organization, reflecting his deep understanding of the company’s operations and strategic goals. In recognition of his outstanding leadership, Stephen received the prestigious 2016 Directors Award from Pella.

Stephen's favorite part of the job is developing and growing both employees and the business. Outside of his professional life, Stephen enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking and sports. He also has a passion for traveling, always eager to explore new destinations.
